Staff will assist with homework from time to time depending on numbers and ratios of children to staff. At YMCA Enoggera OSHC we consistently use the same homewirk and environment for our children with the responsibility of overseeing the tasks kept to the same educator each week as to not confuse our children and send any mixed messages. Ensure children know who to talk with if they are worried or are feeling unsafe, and that they are comfortable and encouraged to raise such issues. Families also play a significant role in the program.
